1What's inside

WordLabel Approval SOPA 10-step internal procedure, from confirming each market's import route to change control, with a per-market table of what's required before import.
WordSupplier Document Checklist22 documents to request from your manufacturer, each with why it's needed, which market requires it and the source.
ExcelCompliance CalendarTrack registrations, label approvals and certificates per SKU and market. Flags what has expired or needs renewing.
Why these three? Most label problems at GCC ports aren't about the wording. They come from missing supplier information, approvals that weren't renewed, or a label that changed after it was approved. Oman, for example, has required registration and label approval for all imported food since January 2025, and the UAE requires a new label assessment after any change to the pack.
