We publish verified summaries of publicly available regulatory updates across all 22 Arab League markets, free with an account during our open beta. On request, we also prepare research reports, each quoted individually (see section 5). Neither the updates nor the research reports are legal advice, product certification, or a determination that a product complies, and nothing on this platform should be relied upon as a substitute for qualified legal or regulatory counsel.

MutabiqAlerts aggregates and publishes original editorial summaries of regulatory developments issued by government bodies, standards organisations, and trade notifications across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and broader MENA region. All content is:
MutabiqAlerts is strictly an information aggregation and publishing service. We are not a law firm, compliance consultancy, customs broker, or regulatory body. Using this Service does not create any professional or advisory relationship between you and MutabiqAlerts.
To access subscriber content, you must create an account using a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared with others.
Updates and portal. During the open beta, every published update is free with an account. No subscription is billed and we do not collect payment details. If we introduce paid plans, we will publish the prices, update these Terms, and notify registered users by email before any charge applies. Nothing is billed without your explicit agreement.
Research reports. On request, we prepare research reports: a Market Entry Brief, a Label review, or Portfolio watch. Each is quoted individually by email. The written quote sets the scope, deliverable, price, payment method and delivery date, and nothing is charged until you accept it.
A research report sets out the regulations, standards, conformity routes and labelling rules we find in published official sources for the product and market you describe. A Label review compares the label you supply against the published labelling rules and lists the gaps we find. For food products, a Label review can also include an Arabic version of the label text, prepared from the product information you supply and quoted in the same way. Research reports rely on the product information you give us. They are not product testing, certification, a legal opinion, or a determination that your product complies. Each claim in a report is labelled with its basis (regulation, standard, reported practice, or our own judgement). Confirm the conclusions with the competent authority, a notified body, or a qualified professional before acting on them.
The editorial summaries, translations, curation, and presentation on MutabiqAlerts are original works owned by MutabiqAlerts. You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, or redistribute our content without written permission.
The underlying regulations, standards, and official documents summarised on this platform are the intellectual property of the issuing government bodies or organisations. Links to those original documents are provided for reference.

Regulations are issued, amended, and withdrawn by government authorities — the pace of official changes is outside our control.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific regulatory update will be captured or published within any particular timeframe.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MutabiqAlerts and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to losses arising from reliance on regulatory information published on the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to MutabiqAlerts in the three months preceding the claim or, for a claim relating to a research report, the fee paid for that report.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to account-only content will cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We will notify registered users by email if changes are material. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
