MutabiqAlerts is strictly an information aggregation and publishing service. We are not a law firm, compliance consultancy, customs broker, or regulatory body. Using this Service does not create any professional or advisory relationship between you and MutabiqAlerts.
To access subscriber content, you must create an account using a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared with others.
MutabiqAlerts offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Current pricing is displayed on the Pricing page of the Service and is subject to change with reasonable notice.
When payment processing is active, transactions are handled by a third-party payment processor (currently planned: Paddle). MutabiqAlerts does not store your payment card details. All payment transactions are governed by the payment processor's own terms and conditions.
Subscriptions continue on a monthly basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at [email protected]; self-serve cancellation from within your account will also be available once automated payment processing is active. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
The editorial summaries, translations, curation, and presentation on MutabiqAlerts are original works owned by MutabiqAlerts. You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, or redistribute our content without written permission.
The underlying regulations, standards, and official documents summarised on this platform are the intellectual property of the issuing government bodies or organisations. Links to those original documents are provided for reference.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to MutabiqAlerts in the three months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to subscriber content will cease at the end of the current billing period where applicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We will notify registered users by email if changes are material. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
