Oman extends electrical safety rules to water dispensers

Oman's Directorate General for Standardization and Metrology (DGSM) issued Administrative Decision No. 1/2025 on 13 October 2025, extending the Gulf Technical Regulation for Low Voltage Electrical Equipment to household and commercial water dispensing appliances (HS 8418.69.10).
