Oman adds 80 allergens to mandatory cosmetics label list
Oman's Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion issued a circular adding 80 allergens to Annex 3 of the cosmetics safety requirements under Gulf Technical Regulation GSO 1943/2024, which cross-references EU Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 on ingredient labelling.
