Egypt's ES 1781 electrical appliance safety transition ends
Egypt's Ministry of Industry and Transport adopted ES 1781, "Safety requirements for household and similar electrical appliances — general requirements," aligned to IEC 60335-1:2020, replacing the prior Decree 171/2020 standard.
