Egypt drafts standard for tobacco-free nicotine pouches, comments open
Egypt's Organization for Standardization and Quality (EOS) notified WTO on 13 August 2026 of a new draft standard for tobacco-free nicotine pouches for oral use, aligned with BSI PAS 8877:2022, Swedish SIS/TS 72:2020, and UAE Standard 5060/2025.
