Morocco sets mandatory energy limits for appliances
Morocco published three ministerial orders (n°1529.24, n°2040.24, n°1530.24) in Bulletin Officiel n°7334 (12 September 2024) introducing minimum energy performance standards (MEPS) and mandatory energy labelling for air conditioners, refrigerators, and electric motors placed on the Moroccan market, imports included.
