GCC amends core prepackaged-food labelling regulation to allow electronic label codes
The Gulf Standardization Organization (GSO) approved Amendment 1 to GSO 9:2022, "Labeling of Prepackaged Food Stuffs," on 22 April 2025, producing Edition 4 of the core Gulf Technical Regulation on food labelling.
